Cabbages & Roses Integrate Brightpearl with Clipper Logistics via our Ecommerce Connector

Cabbages & Roses have integrated Brightpearl with their chosen third party logistics provider; Clipper Logistics, via the Netmatter Ecommerce Connector.

The brief:

The English homeware, fabric and fashion brand had an ecommerce website built on Magento which was integrated with Brightpearl's Commerce Acceleration Platform. Looking to outsource their fulfilment and logistics, Cabbages & Roses chose to use Clipper as their 3PL provider and Priam's warehouse management software fulfilment system. This would enable them to improve efficiency and automate fulfilment of retail, effectively transforming their supply chain. 

The solution:

Recommended to Cabbages and Roses by Brightpearl, our Ecommerce Connector was chosen to provide a full, end to end ecommerce solution between Clipper Logistics, Priam's WMS fulfilment system and Brightpearl.

The Ecommerce Connector listens out for new Brightpearl orders placed via Magento and relays the purchase order data to Priam's warehouse management system for fulfilment by Clipper Logistics. The Ecommerce Connector then communicates the shipment and tracking data back to Brightpearl before updating Magento and online customer accounts. Inventory levels are also handled in near real-time to ensure synchronisation between their online and offline supply chain.
