Based in London, Chair Cover Depot is one of the UKs leading suppliers of chair cover decor and event accessories for weddings and other events. Looking to grow market share, they approached Netmatter for help with implementing and managing an effective PPC strategy.

The strategy

As Chair Cover Depot had not run any PPC campaigns prior to working with Netmatter, we needed to not only build the campaigns in an intelligent way which allowed us to gain insights about the target market and their search patterns, but also set up a Google Shopping feed and Merchant Centre Account.

Generating an XML feed direct from their Magento store, we were able to quickly get a feed approved for use in Google Ads. Utilising a mix of shopping and search campaigns, we were able to create engaging ads which were both relevant to search queries, but also generating Year on Year revenue growth for the business.

In order to ensure that paid search advertising was profitable, we needed to deliver positive ROI and demonstrate consistent revenue growth to move towards being a dominant force in the industry. We built the account up, ensuring everything followed a tight structure that was conducive to improving quality score and increased relevancy between search term, keyword, ad and landing page.

Since launch we have seen consistently strong growth in both revenue and ROI. Analysing day parting and device data, we were able to continue optimise campaigns to improve performance.
