Project overview
Me to We approached Netmatter in 2014 to provide a complex multi-warehouse integration with their cloud based ERP system. The project challenges included the need to introduce warehouse and advanced, per store view, stock management in Magento to ensure product availability online for US and Canadian stores remained accurate in line with both their Canadian and US warehouse inventory levels via their ERP.
After acquiring a copy of their live Magento codebase, Netmatter developed a custom integration to support multiple warehouses between their Brightpearl ERP system and Magento.
The integration includes real time inventory synchronisation per warehouse to reduce the risk of not only overselling, but also the risk of displaying incorrect stock levels on both their US and Canadian store views.
