A mobile responsive front-end was required for their Magento store; taking into account complex data structures, layouts and manufacturer advertising space.
Also, with 1000's of SKUs and hundreds of attributes and categories, the biggest challenge for the young business was the growing cost of staff for website administration. To solve this problem we scoped a solution using event based observers in Magento that would automate the entire category structure and relationships between printers and consumables on product pages.
