As the business has grown, new sales channels have been introduced resulting in new challenges and the need for automation of website administration in respect of product to category and product to product relations.

A mobile responsive front-end was required for their Magento store; taking into account complex data structures, layouts and manufacturer advertising space.

Also, with 1000's of SKUs and hundreds of attributes and categories, the biggest challenge for the young business was the growing cost of staff for website administration. To solve this problem we scoped a solution using event based observers in Magento that would automate the entire category structure and relationships between printers and consumables on product pages.

From a sales perspective eBay and Amazon had become important revenue streams for the company. M2E Pro was chosen as the solution to integrate these channels with Magento and further automate ecommerce workflows.
